Thomas Instrument has extensive in-house manufacturing capabilities. These capabilities support both new component production and overhaul services at the component level. Modern state-of-the-art equipment, coupled with our aggressive manufacturing team will provide problem-solving solutions for the most difficult projects.
Thomas Instrument is heavily invested in manufacturing equipment, hardware, and software that provide the necessary tools to assure smooth processing and timely production. Complicated and close tolerance machining operations are performed in-house to meet product requirements. Typical products produced include Actuators, Hydraulic Motors, Gears, Gearboxes, Jack Screws, Engine Attaching Hardware, Pumps, and internally developed Test Equipment.
As a single source supplier, Thomas Instrument has the capability to manufacture individual components, as well as manage the complete manufacturing process for the most complex products, assemblies, and test systems.
